If you happen to find a lower rate for your stay at the Arca on another website, simply let us know. We will not only match that rate but also offer you a complimentary room upgrade* or an additional 10% off your booking. We want to ensure that you receive the best value for your money.

Terms & Conditions

• If you already have a booking through our Corporate Sales team and discover a lower rate elsewhere, please make a claim within 24 hours of discovering the rate discrepancy and at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.
• For those who come across a lower rate on another website and haven’t made a booking yet, don’t worry. We will still honor the lower rate if you make a reservation within 24 hours of your claim being accepted. We want to make sure you benefit from our unbeatable rates, even if you haven’t booked with us yet.
• Currency Rate Fluctuation: A variance of up to 1% due to currency rate fluctuation will not be considered an eligible claim.
• Claim Validation: To validate your claim, you must provide us with the website link where the lower rate was found, along with relevant screen captures of the website that indicates the final selling rate. Please complete the claim form provided.
• Eligible Third-Party Websites: Only publicly sold rates on third party websites qualify for the Corporate Best Rate Guarantee. Claims for rates on websites that require a member login, specific credit card, or coupon for access to discounted rates will not be accepted. Claims for rates on limited time promotional campaigns such as Flash Sales website will not be accepted.
• Corporate Client Information: The claim must include the contact information of the corporate client or booker and must be associated with a valid corporate agreement with our hotel.
• Eligible Claim Criteria: For a claim to be considered eligible, the comparable lower rate offer must meet the following criteria:
• Matching booking terms and conditions, including pre-payment terms, required deposits, stay dates, length of stay, advance booking days, and cancellation conditions.
  o Available for the same room type, room view, and number of guests.
  o Includes the same inclusions, such as taxes, service charge, breakfast, and any other add-ons.
• Rate Comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities or any other fees associated with the room rate.
• Final Decision: The hotel’s decision regarding the Best Rate Guarantee claim is final and non-negotiable.
• Claim Approval: Once a claim is approved and the rate is matched, no further claims or adjustments will be entertained.

*Complimentary room upgrade only applies to bookings made in our City Signature rooms.
