Terms & Conditions

• Contest is open to everyone, with the exception of the employees of Yulan Group

• Winner must get in touch with us within 10 days upon winner announcement. If a prize is not claimed within this period, we reserve the right to select an alternative prize winner.

• All prizes must be collected in person unless special arrangements are agreed with by the hotel. If the winner fails to do so, all parts of the prize might be forfeited.

• Winner must have followed all specified campaign criteria to be eligible for the prize.

• The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable in cash or any other products or services.

• These vouchers have no cash value and will not be replaced if lost, expired or stolen.

• This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook.

• If campaign has multiple rounds of the same prize, each participant is eligible to win for one round only.

• Duplicate entries within the same round may be disqualified. First person to follow all campaign criteria wins.

• By submitting entries, participants agree to the guidelines and rules and have granted Yulan Group the right to publish, adapt or display the entries in any manner or media.

• All participants must agree to the Terms and Conditions. Non-agreement will result in withdrawal from the Campaign.

• We may use the personal information that you provide for direct marketing, that is, we may contact you about news, events and promotions related to Yulan Group and the partners of Yulan Group.

• By participating in the campaign, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions.

• Yulan Group reserves the final decision on the eligibility of participation and for the prize. In case of any disputes, the decision of Yulan Group shall be final.
