The newlyweds will be able to host the Bridal Departure ceremony in our spacious 780 sq. ft. Sea View Suite. Our room is designed to be modern, while boasting a scenic 180 degree view of the Aberdeen Harbour, an ocean view that is iconic to Hong Kong’s Southern district. There couldn’t be a more romantic backdrop for the couples’ wedding day!

the Arca hotel itself is a blend of modern design along with elements of nature, an ideal location for traditional Chinese wedding ceremonies. We want to make sure every moment of your wedding day is perfect, and that you create memories you and your guests can treasure for years to come, given that it’s such an important life event. The Southside with its iconic harbour scenery will no doubt be a beautiful backdrop for your friends and family to witness your big day.

Our Bridal Ceremony package will include all the necessary amenities and items, including Tea Ceremony tea sets and wedding decorations. the Arca’s experienced team will also be on hand to provide personalized and attentive service to bride and groom. We will also provide a detailed itinerary that will ensure the Bridal Departure ceremony, Tea Ceremony and all aspects of a Traditional Chinese Wedding Ceremony go smoothly in order to create beautiful, lasting memories.

Room rates are subject to 10% service charge.
A credit card is required to guarantee reservations.
7 day reservation by email in advance is required.
Cancellation or modification is not allowed once the booking is confirmed. Prepayment is required and non-refundable.
Overnight Parking is subject to hotel available. Advance reservation is required.
Sweet dumpling serving time will be subject to change by operation hours.
All tea ceremonies, games and photoshoot should be conducted quietly inside guestroom. Games are not allowed at the hotel common area like guestroom corridor, to avoid the disturbance to other hotel guests.
Spilling rice & beans or lotus seeds is prohibited in hotel area.
Flammables, candles & joss sticks are prohibited in hotel area.
All the benefits must be consumed during the stay and cannot be redeemed as cash or credits.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
Pet access fee will be applied at HK$400+10% service charge & 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax per pet per night if accompany with dogs and cats, with maximum 2 pets per room.
An incidental deposit of HK$500 per room per night is required upon check-in, maximum up to HK$3,000 per arrival. This deposit could be held via credit card or in cash by hong kong dollar. The deposit will be fully returned after check-out if no outstanding payment or damages.
