Begin the elegant evening with a delightful pairing of Seared Hokkaido Scallop and Strawberry Carpaccio drizzled with our house-made Lemon-Basil Aioli and Vanilla Olive Oil. A heart-warming second course follows, with a delicately balanced soup of Creamy Purple Potato with Beetroot.
For the main course, you and your partner may choose between a hearty Grilled US Rib-Eye with a warm Citrus and Fig Salad, a generous side of Roasted New Potatoes, and topped with a rich Red Wine and Cranberry Reduction, or a Pan-Fried Halibut Fillet, a side of our roasted Seasonal Vegetables, and again topped with a fanciful Rosé Champagne Cream Sauce, or our vegetarian offering of Truffle au Gratin with Pumpkin, Potatoes, and Beetroot, topped with a decadent Truffle Cream Sauce. To end the evening on a note of delicious luxury, our pastry team has prepared a Valentines Chocolate Tart complete with a Rose-Berries Compote.
To get you into the lovey-dovey spirit, we have prepared a DIY workshop for the couples to make their sweetest cocktails/mocktails for the romantic night.
On 14 February, enjoy the live music performance by local artist Ngai and Jun Ho for a memorable night. Ngai is a Hong Kong artist and producer creating Alternative music. His music is bittersweet, best suited for those brief moments of quiet and reflection. During the love season, he seeks to provide a sense of warmth and comfort through an intimate acoustic set, with accompanying saxophone by Jun Ho.
