For this tea set for two, our Executive Chef has curated a three-tiered spectacle around the motif of a citrusy start to the New Year, featuring one tier of Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek with caramelized mandarins on a brioche bun, a pair of Deep-fried Crab Cakes with Lemon-Green Apple Mayonnaise, and duo of Seared Prawns on a bed of Grapefruit and Yuzu-Yogurt dressing.
The second tier balances the citrus with savoury, featuring Smoked Cajun Chicken & Pomelo Wraps, Tuna & Avocado Mini-sandwiches with Yuzu Mayonnaise, and flaky Baked Scones with Clotted Cream and Homemade Citrus-Fig Jam.
The pièce de résistance and final tier features our signature citrusy desserts, with a Lime Cheese Cake, Chocolate Tarts with Orange Glaze, and Baked Mini Apple Puffs. Guests will enjoy unlimited coffee or tea with their set, and for an additional HK$80 per person can upgrade to free-flow Prosecco, or opt for our limited edition Citrus Twist Cocktail for HK$48.
