Cancellation or modification is not allowed once the booking is confirmed. Prepayment is required and non-refundable. In case of no-show, a penalty of 100% payment will be applied.

The Pickleball venue and sports gear is provided by the collaborating partner, Asia Aces Pickleball Academy, at 12/F, 22 Heung Yip Rd, Wong Chuk Hang. (approx. 4 mins walk)
Pickleball court available timeslot is subject to final confirmation by the hotel. The guest shall receive the venue access after check-in.
the Arca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in activities hosted by Asia Aces Pickleball Academy.
All house rules by Asia Aces Pickleball Academy shall be complied.

An incidental deposit of HK$500 per room per night is required upon check-in, maximum up to HK$3,000 per arrival. This deposit could be held via credit card or in cash by hong kong dollar. The deposit will be fully returned after check-out if no outstanding payment or damages.
