Terms & Conditions
- Room rates are subject to 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax.
- We only offer dog/cat-friendly hotel rooms, other pets are currently not available.
- The room rate includes one dog / one cat per room.
- A maximum of two dogs/cats is allowed per room, the additional dog is subject to HK$400 plus 10% service charge per room per night with extra Welcome Treats and amenities. Only Suites can accommodate a maximum of three dogs/cats.
- A credit card is required to guarantee reservations.
- 1 day reservation in advance is required.
- This reservation cannot be cancelled nor modified. In case of no-show, a penalty of 100% room charge with service charge will be applied.
- Please make every effort to keep your dog from barking indoors. Dogs should always be kept on leash or in carriers when in public areas.
- Guests are liable for any damage or noise caused by their dog during their stay at our hotel. Corresponding fee will be applied for any damage caused.
- Guests and dog/cat owners will indemnify hotel against all claims, liability, losses, and damages.
- Breakfast is offered on a nightly basis.
- Use of the “Pawfect Wardrobe” is offered per arrival. It’s subject to availability and is on a first come, first serve basis.
- Daily dining credits are accumulative but cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
- All dog/cat “Essentials” & “Amenities” are provided per pet per arrival and subject to hotel availability.
- Overnight parking is offered on a nightly basis. Parking space is subject to hotel availability and require advance notice.
- All the benefits must be consumed during the stay and cannot be redeemed as cash or credits.
