We are bringing back our barre/workshop day thanks to the positive reception to our last event!
Take advantage of the beautiful weather and join an outdoor Barre session on the Arca Society terrace, led by instructor Heike Chau. If you’re looking for a low-impact workout that will still strengthen and tone at the same time, barre classes are a great option for both beginners and experienced gym-goers.
Our afternoon workshop will be led by Matchali, well-known locally for their quality, hand-whisked matcha drinks.
