Travel with confidence during COVID-19

In light of the COVID-19 situation and our efforts to keep our community safe, guests staying and visiting the hotel are required to comply with the gazettal of the social distancing measures issued by the Hong Kong Government.

Under the latest relevant measures, guests are required to use the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile app when entering the hotel premises and all guests are required to comply to the Vaccine Pass regulation when entering the Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Restaurant & Bar and our Event space.  

Our Commitment to “Staying Safe”

In view of the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the safety and the wellbeing of our colleagues and guests at the Arca remains as always, our top priority.

Along with existing high standard of cleanliness, high-touch areas in our guestrooms and dining areas are treated with Disinfectant & Deodorization spray that’s alcohol-free, non-irritant and sensitive to skin. We use hypochlorous acid & water that kills 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, fungi and spores without harmful residue. Perfectly safe for babies, humans and dogs.

As we continue to remain vigilant and implement stringent measures, the following safety protocols has been implemented:

Face Masks
In compliance to government regulations, wearing a face mask is mandatory in all common areas within the hotel premises, with the exception of eating or drinking in the designated areas. When not consuming food or drinks, please keep your face mask on.
Your Arrival
In light of the Government's Vaccine Pass scheme, guests are required to scan the LeaveHomeSafe venue QR code with their mobile app before entering all hotel premises, restaurants and event space, including checking of their temperature.
Arca Clean Seal
After each guestroom is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, a clean seal label is placed indicating that the room has not been accessed nor contaminated prior to guest arrival, giving you a confident of a safe stay.
Rooms & Suites
Careful disinfecting protocol of all high touch areas (e.g. remote control, light switches, telephone, air conditioning controller etc.) using hypochlorous acid & water. All drain outlets are regularly disinfected using 1 in 49 diluted household bleach.    
Dining Experience
Our restaurant and bar service standards have all been amended to align with COVID-19 preventative measures to disinfect table and chairs after every diner.  Under the Government's Vaccine Pass scheme, guests are required to scan the LeaveHomeSafe venue QR code when dining in our outlets.    
Robotic Cleaning
In addition to regular disinfectant and high touch area treatments in our public spaces, our latest in intelligent robotic cleaning solution delivers constant round of autonomous treatment of interior spaces and air, with an effective and risk-free disinfectant, leading the way in keeping our patrons, guests and colleagues safe.  
Something Extra
Gathering in guestrooms is strictly prohibited. All guests are advised to avoid gatherings and to share room with others not from the same household. Increased cleaning and disinfection schedules in public spaces with special attention on high touch areas using hypochlorous acid & water that kills 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, fungi and spores without harmful residue.  
Cancellation Policies
In light of the recent COVID-19 developments and for precautionary measures, we have updated our cancellation policies for room reservations. Please refer to the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellation fees on your respective bookings, that may require you to be in compliance to the latest Vaccine Pass scheme.
