Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions“) are binding to all members of the Programme (“Members“), and Members agree and accept the Terms and Conditions set forth and any amendments made by the Arca from time to time.
Eligibility and Membership
- Members must be at least 18 years of age. Membership is free, but the Arca reserves the right to decline any application for membership in its sole discretion without giving any reasons, and such decision shall be final and conclusive.
- Membership of the Programme is non-transferable. The Arca reserves the right to terminate any Member′s membership in its sole discretion without giving reasons. The Arca may exercise this right if, for example, a Member abuses the Programme or fails to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions or makes any misrepresentation to The Arca. Termination of membership will mean revocation and forfeiture of any digital stamps and Rewards that the Member has accrued in addition to cessation of any other benefits offered under the Programme.
- Membership points will automatically expire in 12 months and any remaining points and rewards will be forfeited.
Joining Arca Dining Rewards
- To join Arca Dining Rewards, visit us at www.thearca.com/offer/arca-dining-rewards and register to an account. You will be required to provide your name, email address and phone number. Birthday (month, day) is optional to receive birthday offers. If you do not provide birthday information you will not receive your Birthday Reward.
- In order to register for the Programme, Members must register and add the digital card to their digital wallet either through Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Each mobile number can only be registered by one member. Any duplicate registration of mobile number or application of a member will not be accepted.
- Mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid; otherwise, The Arca shall have the right to suspend or terminate such membership and forfeit all digital stamps or points of the member without any prior notice.
- The Arca takes no responsibility for any undelivered SMS, push notifications or emails
- Members will not be issued a physical membership card and the digital wallet will serve as a virtual membership card, containing details such as current stamp and point balance.
Earning Digital Stamp Rewards
- Each receipt with spending of HK$150 or above by payment made directly by a Member in/or at Arca Society is eligible for a digital stamp.
- Earning of each digital stamp and points is only applicable for dine-in spending.
- For every HK$150 purchase, Member will be able to earn one (1) stamp per visit per day. For the avoidance of doubt, any spending amount which is less than HK$150 will not be eligible for earning(s). Members may not use multiple receipts to meet the minimum HK$150 spending requirement
- For spending single receipt between HK$150 – HK$3,0000, members are not eligible to distribute the stamp or points earnings to other members of the dining group/table. For example, upon spending HK$450, 3 digital stamps will be distributed to 1 (one) reward loyalty member.
- To earn digital stamps or points, in-App scanning must be conducted upon payment, and allowing Arca Society to scan your member barcode in the wallet. Upon successful validation, digital points will be credited to the Members′ account.
- The Arca reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the Points earning rate at any time without notice.
- In the event of any dispute, the Arca reserves the right to make the final decision.
Non-eligible Stamp Earnings
You may not earn stamp in connection with certain types of beta or promotional programs, or on purchases made with a third party vouchers/coupons or other forms of service recovery coupons.
Points Expiry
- Stamp earnings and rewards will accumulate over 12-month periods on a rolling basis, starting from the date of registration. For example if you register to the program on 10th November 2023, they will expire on 9th November 2024.
- Upon expiry, any remaining stamps and rewards will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. Member will be required to accumulate stamps starting from zero.
Miscellaneous
- Stamps, points and rewards cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash.
- Digital cards are non-transferrable, not applicable in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts or privileges and cannot be combined with other cards.
- Members can choose to delete their account and cancel their memberships by sending us an email to hello@thearca.com.. The content must include the member name, registered mobile number and email address used for identity verification.
- The Arca reserves the right to terminate or change the details of the offer without prior notice and final discretion in case of any dispute.
- You will be solely responsible for any damages to your device or loss or data that results from the downloading or use of any materials or contents relating to the Programme and the Arca shall not be held liable.
